10 Ways to Lose Weight without Dieting

Want to Lose Weight and Stay Healthy People all over the world are obsessed with losing weight but no place is it as important as the U.S. Skinny is the rage and people follow TV celebrities swearing this new fad will work and that one and that one. If you need to lose weight or just want to be a normal size so you do not get picked on then at least consider some ways to stay healthy and lose weight. If attaining а mоrе healthy lifestyle аnd striving fоr better health іs thе reason that is a very good reason. But so is your emotional health. I have a very nice friend who cries herself to sleep every night because she is heavy. She is a wonderful and beautiful person she should not have to do that. If you have already decided to start losing weight, however you do not want to follow a eating plan, Here are some tips to lose weight the easy way. Tricks to trick yourself into losing without dieting. 1. Don't drink your calories. Soft drinks, even ice tea are full of sugar now days in restaurants. Most places provide you with all you can drink and you could easily drink two even three days worth of calories in one sitting. To keep the calories down, choose herbal tea, unsweetened iced tea with Splenda (or another artificial, no-cal sweetener), diet flavored-water, bottled or tap water with a spritz of lemon or lime, or diet soda. 2. Drink only water should be your affirmation. Write it every where. Stick it on the fridge, on the bathroom mirror, on the car dash why water has no calories. Zero. Nada. Make yourself a bottle of water at home. Use 1 T. fresh lemon or lime juice, a packet of Splenda. You can easily balance the odds in your favor. 3. Don't eat out more than once a week in a restaurant. By cutting back to just once a week and ordering a salad instead of pizza. You can lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month. 4. Skip the salty treats at the grocery store if you want chips just walk into the store and get them. Buy a small bag and usually it will take your craving away. Add lot of garlic to your food it is salty and takes the craving for salt away. 5. Craving candy have a cup of sugar free hot chocolate. It takes the craving away. 6. Park your car as far out in the parking lot where ever you go as possible. It increase your exercise without making you go to the gym. 7. Take the stairs where ever you go and see the pounds melt off. 8. Want to eat take a short walk. Doesn't have to be long just around the block. 9. Have a eating plan buddy. Call him or her when you feel out of control. 10. Keep yourself busy to avoid "boredom snacking". Do something fun instead of eating the less time you spend eating the more you will lose. (thus, the less you eat) and the less you eat out of boredom or anxiety.
